Objectives, activities and expected/achieved results

With this project, the company intends, through the acquisition of robots aimed at increasing production capacity, to obtain an additive manufacturing process, adjusted to customer needs. These equipment’s have advanced technology, robotics, high performance and precision and digital production systems, framed in Industry 4.0.

These investments will allow a sharp reduction in production costs (namely, energy consumption) and the time required for preparation and more adjusted and timely responses to its customers, reducing margins of error and waste, and reducing hours worked per unit produced with indirect impacts, also in terms of reducing energy consumption.
